Delivery Options

Residential Delivery

A delivery where people live on the premises is considered a residential delivery. Freight is picked up from shipper and delivered to customer home/home-based business. Residential delivery service includes the shipment being delivered to the curb of location; however, driver will attempt to get customers item(s) as close to the dwelling as possible without causing damage to personal property or delivery vehicle. 417 Express Delivery will contact customer to schedule delivery with a flexible 4-hour window to fit your busy schedule. Driver will contact customer prior to arrival on day of delivery. Please be ready to receive your items with limited delay to the driver.

Business to Business Delivery

A delivery where freight is picked up from shipper (business) and delivered to business customer. Business customer must have loading dock suitable for unloading with a pallet jack or have ability to unload shipment with a forklift. If not, $20.00 liftgate fee will apply.

* If the delivery truck is unable to access your driveway without causing damage to truck or being deemed unsafe for driver, delivery will not be able to be completed. Please discuss any delivery concerns with representative when delivery appointment is scheduled. If driver is unable to complete delivery and customer failed to inform representative of concerns, an attempted delivery fee will apply.

Additional Delivery Services Available

Inside Delivery

Shipper requests freight to be delivered right inside the threshold / door of customers residence/business. This does not include room-of-choice or white glove / removal of debris.

Room of Choice Delivery

This delivery method includes freight being delivered to customers room of choice within the residence/business. This does not include set-up/installation of item(s), white glove delivery, or removal of debris.

White Glove Delivery

Basic delivery gets shipment to customers address; however, our white glove delivery requires special attention. This delivery includes freight being delivered to customers room of choice, unpacked, and unwanted debris hauled away. Please note that this service does not include set-up/installation of item(s) being delivered.
